Booking Conditions |
We only accept cats with vaccinations which are up to date for Feline Enteritis and Feline Calicivirus (Cat Flu). We recommend a minimum of 7 days gap between receiving a booster/inoculation and entry into the cattery to allow for adverse reactions to the drugs.
We are happy to administer medication to your cats while they are with us. There is no additional cost for this.
Any cat suffering or suspected of suffering from any infectious disease during the stay will be moved in to our isolation facility pending advice from a veterinary surgeon.
We take great care to ensure that we remain free of fleas and worms so your cat does not contract them while staying with us. If we find that a cat in our care has either we will treat the cat accordingly after advice from your veterinary practice. This may incur a charge.

Kingsnorth Veterinary Centre is only 5 minutes from us. In the unlikely event that your cat becomes unwell we will do whatever is required to ensure the best care and medication. In the first instance we would talk to your veterinary surgeon, or in the case of an emergency we would use Kingsnorth Veterinary Centre due to their close proximity. All charges incurred will be payable by yourself on your return unless the cattery was found to be at fault. We are fully insured in the unlikely event of this being the case.
You will be requested to fill in two forms. These are contact numbers for ourselves and permission to source veterinary help should it arise. You only have to fill these forms in the first time you use us. After that you will just be asked if the details are still correct when you bring your cat to stay.
* FAILURE TO CANCEL WILL RESULT IN A 3 DAY CHARGE
