We are open 7 days a week including Bank Holidays. The times and prices remain the same regardless of day.

09:00 - 11:00 and 16:30 - 19:00

Please adhere to these times as we cannot guarantee that you will be seen outside of these hours unless by prior arrangement. This will avoid an un-necessary journey by yourself and your cat.

We charge by the day, including the day of arrival and collection. There is a £3 discount if you deliver in the evening and collect in the morning.

The above prices are fully inclusive of all costs, and additional attention that your cat requires due to medical requirements.

Payment by cash or credit/debit card is required on collection of the cat. If you wish to pay by cheque this is required when the cat is delivered, and must be supported by a valid cheque guarantee card.

N.B. Single cats are housed in double chalets when they are available and the charge remains at £6.70 per day. (£6.80 from 1st December 2008)
