We are open 7 days a week including Bank Holidays. The times and prices remain the same regardless of day.

Times

09:00 – 11:00 and 16:30 – 19:00

Please adhere to these times as we cannot guarantee that you will be seen outside of these hours unless by prior arrangement. This will avoid an un-necessary journey by yourself and your cat.

We are closed SUN 13th MAY to MON 28th MAY 2012 & SAT 5th JANUARY to SAT 9th FEBRUARY 2013

You can still telephone or email if you wish to make a booking during the closed periods.

Boarding Fees

We charge by the day, including the day of arrival and collection. There is a £3 discount if you collect in the morning.

The below prices are fully inclusive of all food, bedding and heating, also any additional attention that your cat requires due to medical requirements.

Payment by cash or credit/debit card is required on collection of the cat. Payment by cheque is normally only accepted from regular customers.

N.B. Single cats are housed in double chalets when they are available and the charge remains as per single cat.
